Ather Energy shook the entire market when it held an event where the company decided to launch the 450x and update the 450s with new features. Its starting price is Rs. 1.30 lakh. The company has already begun booking 450x and 450s at its official website. The starting battery pack of the 450X is 2.9 kwh by the third week of August, and the 450S battery pack is 3.7 kwh by October 2023.

The Ather 450S has a 2.9 kWh battery providing 115km range. It goes 0-40kmph in 3.9 secs with a 90kmph top speed. The 450X gets 2.9 or 3.7 kWh batteries for 115km or 150km range. It accelerates from 0-40kmph in 3.3 secs and also tops out at 90kmph. Both scooters charge from 0-80% in 6.5 hours at home. For fast charging, Ather’s Grid network provides 1.5km range from just 1 minute plugged in. With thrilling acceleration and ample range, the Ather 450 series excels for everyday urban use. The larger battery on the 450X allows even longer distance comfort.
