Electric vehicles are becoming increasingly popular in India, and new EV models are being launched frequently. The latest addition to the growing EV market is the Godawari Eblu Feo, the first e-scooter from Godawari Electric Motors. As an Indian start-up, Godawari aims to provide affordable and practical electric two-wheelers for Indian families. The Eblu Feo seems promising as an urban family scooter with its features and pricing. Let’s take a closer look at what this new e-scooter off.
Godawari Eblu Feo features
The Eblu Feo has a decent 2.52 kW Li-ion battery that should give you a range of about 110 km before needing a recharge. Now 110 km is pretty good for zipping around the city and running errands without constantly worrying about your battery levels. the top speed of 60 km/h too, so you’ll be able to keep up with traffic on most roads. And with 110 Nm of peak torque, it should have enough power for most of your daily rides.

On the features side, you get LED lights to see and be seen at night, 12-inch tubeless tires which are puncture resistant, front telescopic suspension and rear shock absorbers for a smooth ride, and disc brakes with CBS for reliable braking. A mobile charging point means you can charge on the go if needed, and the 7.4-inch display keeps you informed. There are also three riding modes to suit your needs – Eco to maximize range, Normal for everyday use, and Power when you need rapid acceleratio
On the pricing front, the Feo has just a single variant that is priced at Rs 99,999 ex-showroom. So under 1 lakh rupees for a family e-scooter is pretty competitive. This puts it right up against rivals like Ola’s S1 Air and Ather’s 450S which also have 2.5 kWh batteries in the same price bracket. Clearly the aim is to provide an affordable yet well-equipped electric scooter for Indian families here.
When it comes to the chassis and build, the Feo has basic but practical components. There’s a telescopic fork upfront and twin rear shock absorbers which should handle our challenging roads well enough. You get 12-inch tubeless tires front and rear, which means no hassles of punctures. And with 170mm of ground clearance, poor roads or speed breakers shouldn’t be much of an issue. The focus seems to be on a robust build for daily family usage rather than sporty performance. But the basics look covered to handle regular usage in urban conditions.
